- You must be a South African citizen.
- You must be studying at an accredited South African higher-education institution.
- You must be in your final year or postgraduate year of study towards a degree or diploma (or equivalent) in one of the following fields: accounting, actuarial science, auditing, banking, business management, computer sciences, IT, economics, engineering, finance, human resources/psychology, investment, law, marketing and communications, mathematics, property/construction/valuations, quantity surveying, risk management or statistics. Please note that other fields of study will also be considered, depending on Nedbank’s requirements in respect of critical and scarce skills.
- Applicants with previous fulltime/permanent work experience must have less than two years' experience. Graduates with no work experience at all are strongly encouraged to apply
- You must be willing to undergo psychometric assessments and panel interviews.
