| Thereafter you will be exposed to professional training and development through compulsory learning modules offered by one of the leading South African business schools in Johannesburg and on-the-job experience that will help build your competence to function effectively in the banking world. Blended learning approaches will be used and many of the modules will demand that you apply your classroom learning to your workplace. The learning will focus on personal effectiveness, technical competence, IT, business competence, compliance training and social responsibility. | ||
| In certain divisions graduates will have an opportunity to rotate around various subdivisions, exploring how the entire division operates. There would also be debriefing sessions, which will allow you the opportunity to reflect on your learning and performance in the workplace and motivate and sustain you on the programme. | ||

The NGDP is a contract-based 12-month programme that is designed to help you bridge the gap between university and business by helping you gain relevant business experience. In addition, the programme results in the achievement of a recognised postgraduate qualification from a leading South African business school on successful completion of a number of compulsory formal learning modules. | ||
