Andiswa Ngcongolo   Nedbank Retail       In response to Nedbank’s Kuyasa Post-Graduate Learnership Programme     I was born in the Mudabula village in Limpopo Province. I obtained my BCom degree in Economics from the University of Limpopo. I found getting into the banking industry without work experience very difficult and was unemployed for more than a year while looking for an opportunity to start my career. Then I read an advertisement in the newspaper about the Nedbank Kuyasa Post-Graduate programme and applied for it.     The Nedbank Kuyasa learnership has helped me to gain valuable work experience and has opened the doors to my dream job. With the allowance I received from the learnership, I was able to support my family. The experience also helped me to expand my CV and add an additional qualification, a certificate in Business Management.       >> More << Back
