Step 1 : Contact you banker at your branch first
Step 2: Contact our Client Complaint helpline on: 0860 444 000 (share-call)
Important for both step 1 and 2: Always ensure that you are given a reference number
Step 3: If you feel that your complaint has still not been resolved you may escalate your complaint to the Ombudsman for Banking Services or any other relevant Ombud as noted below.

Note: The first 3 Ombuds mentioned below have in a joint initiative, launched a common Call Centre known as the Ombudsmen Customer Contact Centre. Consumers can now call one easy to remember share-call number - 0860 OMBUDS(0860 662 837) - to either be connected to any of the 3 offices or to obtain guidance on whom to contact if in doubt.
